During our 240 hour Level 1 program you will deepen your own practice and learn how to safely teach Hatha or flow-style to beginner students. This Yoga teacher training certification program is designed to be a hands-on learning experience, with practical applications of student-centred teaching techniques. This yoga teacher training program includes, Hatha (asanas), Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, bhandas, the Chakra system and includes a 2 practicums.
