This style of hatha increases power, core strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, flow, concentration and endurance while helping to heal old injuries and prevent new ones. Over 50 seated, standing and inverted postures including Sun Salutes with variations and the little known Dhandals. Complimentary breathing techniques for the body and mind will also be taught.

If you have already been taking Pre-Natal classes, private training or workshops before the birth of your new baby, here is a great way to continue with your newborn child. No experience is necessary and you don’t need to have taken any classes before. Everyone is welcome!
Enjoy a fun, playful time with other new mothers and their babies while learning Hatha postures and simple breathing exercises to stretch, realign, strengthen and rejuvenate your mind and body.
These classes are designed to give the postpartum mother a challenging workout while enhancing the natural bond between mother and her baby.
