Victoria Yoga Classes
This class is a gentle meditative class that will focus on the breath, chakras and asanas to target specfic areas of the body. This is a great way to start off your week.
A gentle hatha class for beginner to intermediate students to learn the various assanas or physical postures and breathing techniques related to Hatha.
Hatha Yoga Level I and level 2 is open to experienced yogis or if you have never tried yoga before. We will works on postures that connect you to strength, balance flexibility and pranayama(breathing). We will learn the postures and work on flow sequences. These classes are designed to stimulate and rejuvenate the physical cells of our being. Come and enjoy a class in the New Year.
This class is open to drop-in for a $15 fee

Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise that combines laughter, physical and playful body exercises with yogic breathing. We also focus on some stretches with movement and meditation.
Please wear comforatble clothing.
